Week 1 — Architecture
• Map current data, integrations, and URL structure

Week 2 — Migration
• Migrate SKUs, customers, orders, and content
• Preserve URL structure and 301 plan for SEO
• Configure payments, tax, and shipping

Week 3 — Build & integrate
• Storefront polish, theming, and content
• Integrate analytics, email, support, and any kept third-parties

Week 4 — Test & launch
• QA, soft launch with traffic shaping, then full cutover
• 48-hour war room post-launch
